Context
Le projet de recherche s'inscrit pour sa première phase dans la cadre de l'ERC NEMO.
Le suite s'inscrit dans le prolongement scientifique de cette ERC.
Assignment
L'activité de recherche du doctorant sera ancrée sur la modélisation probabiliste des grands réseaux.
Elle s'inscrit dans le cadre du projet INRIA MATHNETS.
Nous attendons de l'étudiant une participation active à la vie scientifique du groupe MATHNETS et notamment une participation aux séminaires et aux groupes de lecture.
Main activities
Les principales activités seront
De la recherche fondamentale sur les probabilités:
- Processus stochastiques
- Processus pontuels
- Graphes aléatoires
- Géométrie stochastique
De la recherche sur la modélisation des grands réseaux (communications, sociaux, biologiques, etc).
Skills
Idéalement le candidat aura à la fois une formation de type M2 en mathématiques (probabilités) et une formation dans le domaine des réseaux.
